For the "Create Your Own Platter", the total price of the items you choose can not exceed $40. If you are wanting a sample platter with products that cost more then $40. You will need to contact us directly to request a custom platter. This order form is for LOCAL PICK-UP ONLY as shipping is NOT included in the final cost.
