However, we kindly request your attention to the fact that we are unable to ship any products containing milk, cream, or other dairy ingredients, with the exception of butter.

If you place an order for shipping and it includes products with dairy or cream-based fillings, we will either cancel the order or substitute the item with a suitable alternative that does not contain these ingredients.

Please be assured that items containing butter can be safely shipped, as butter is a stabilized dairy product.

At our bakery, we prioritize catering to dietary restrictions. We go to great lengths to ensure our products meet various needs, such as vegan, dairy-free, nut-free, soy-free, and more. If a product on our menu contains sugar, we can make it sugar-free by using a sugar substitute. Our go-to options for sugar substitutes are monk fruit extract, xylitol, and Splenda, depending on your preference.

Alternatively, some of our customers prefer a 50/50 mix, which is a combination of 50% sugar substitute and 50% organic, unprocessed cane sugar.

However, please note that choosing the sugar-free option may result in slight changes in texture, color, and sometimes taste. This is because sugar substitutes react differently in our recipes, leading to a different chemical reaction during the baking process.

Rest Assured any changes in texture or taste are closely monitored! We make small samples of everything we bake so we can taste it, to make sure we are happy with it, that it's something we are confident in selling, and want our name on before it is ever given to one of our customers.

We use a proprietary blend of flours we mixed ourselves. These include brown rice flour, sorghum flour, tapioca flour, and potato flour. All of the flours I use are 100% organic.

I only use almond flour in my recipe for french macarons, almond cake, and our pretzel bites. Nothing else on our menu includes almond flour of any kind.

Keeping your baked goods fresh is simple. Place them in an air-tight container or bag and store them in the fridge to extend shelf life. If you don't plan on using them right away, store them in the freezer. Products can be frozen and still be good for 2 months. Products stored in the fridge have a shorter shelf life of around 2 weeks if stored in an airtight container.

All of our products are 100 % gluten-free, made with our own blend of gluten-free flour. We do not cook any glutenous products in our kitchen and none of our pans have been contaminated. We make sure of this as we are a celiac family. This means we can guarantee everything is safe for both celiac and non-celiac gluten sensitive people!
