Important Information

• Rush Orders:

  • We prefer a minimum of 7 days’ notice for all cake orders.

  • For Tiered or Sculpted Cakes, we require at least 2 weeks’ notice.

  • Orders placed with less notice may incur a Rush Order Fee:

    • Simple & Standard Cakes: 10-30% fee for orders with less than 2 days’ notice.

    • WOW Cakes: 10-30% fee for orders with less than 7 days’ notice.

    • Tiered or Sculpted Cakes: 15-35% fee for orders with less than 10 days’ notice.

• Custom Sculpted Cakes:
  We love creating one-of-a-kind cakes for birthdays, weddings, and other special occasions. These cakes require time and attention to detail, so please provide at least 2 weeks’ notice. Orders placed with less than 1 week’s notice will be accepted on a case-by-case basis and may incur additional fees.

• Dietary restrictions (e.g., vegan, sugar-free)

The final price will be discussed and agreed upon before the order is finalized.

I confirm that I have listed all necessary allergies and dietary restrictions in the provided field. I understand that if any allergy or dietary restriction is not disclosed, I bear full responsibility for any resulting issues.

Acknowledgment of Payment Terms

I understand that my cake order will not be started until the required deposit is paid. For orders placed with less than 4 days’ notice, full payment is required upfront.
