Most of the alcohol is cooked off so only its flavor remains. If there is any liquor that has not been cooked off it is always below .5% in alcohol content.
These products cost a bit more because they require liquor such as Rum, Kailua, or Schnapps to make them.

* Our Traditional Gluten-Free Baked Goods are Soy-Free, HOWEVER, when you choose vegan, this changes as most vegan products use soy to replace the normal proteins. (See blog for more details.)
