Our Gluten-Free Journey
We have a personal connection to the Gluten-Free lifestyle. In 2000, both my daughter and I were diagnosed with Celiac Disease. Removing gluten from our diet made a significant difference in my daughter's quality of life, but finding suitable Gluten-Free options was a struggle. Recognizing this gap in the market, I pursued my dream of becoming a baker and created delicious, 100% celiac-safe options. Perfecting Gluten-Free baking took years of experimentation, but I am proud to say that I have perfected my recipes. In 2019, I opened my own licensed* cottage food home bakery and received overwhelmingly positive feedback from customers. Now, I am determined to open a physical bakery and expand our reach. Join us on this journey to provide a haven for those seeking delicious Gluten-Free options and indulge in the joys of baked goods, regardless of dietary restrictions.

In the state of Florida, in order to comply with tax regulations, our cottage food bakery is required to have a business registration, an Employer Identification Number (EIN), a dedicated business bank account, and, depending on the location of food sales, a food handling license may also be necessary. It is important to be aware that there are additional requirements, regulations, and laws that we strictly adhere to as a cottage food business. Therefore, in this context, the term "licensed" signifies that we are registered and operating in accordance with the laws and regulations of the state of Florida. It is important to note that our cottage food business is not subject to inspections by any state government entity.
