Our Gluten-Free Journey
We have a personal connection to the Gluten-Free lifestyle. In 2000, both my daughter and I were diagnosed with Celiac Disease. Removing gluten from our diet made a significant difference in my daughter's quality of life, but finding suitable Gluten-Free options was a struggle. Recognizing this gap in the market, I pursued my dream of becoming a baker and created delicious, 100% celiac-safe options. Perfecting Gluten-Free baking took years of experimentation, but I am proud to say that I have perfected my recipes. In 2017, I opened my own licensed cottage food home bakery and received overwhelmingly positive feedback from customers. Now, I am determined to open a physical bakery and expand our reach. Join us on this journey to provide a haven for those seeking delicious Gluten-Free options and indulge in the joys of baked goods, regardless of dietary restrictions.
