All of our baked goods are gluten-free and made in a celiac-safe kitchen.

Our Traditional Gluten-Free Baked Goods are Soy-Free, HOWEVER, when you choose vegan, this changes as most vegan products use soy to replace the normal proteins. (See blog for more details.)

Please make sure you list all allergies and dietary restrictions in the notes section, if you're having a party or event, list the allergies and restrictions for each guest who will be eating these treats.

PLEASE NOTE, WE CAN NOT SHIP ANY PRODUCTS CONTAINING ANY TYPE OF MILK, CREAM, OR DAIRY INGREDIENTS, EXCLUDING BUTTER.
If you place an order that is meant to be shipped AND the order contains products with those ingredients, specifically dairy or cream-based fillings, your order will either be canceled or the item substituted for something that does not contain those ingredients!

At Deelightfully Gluten-Free LLC, we prioritize the freshness and quality of our baked goods, which are made just before we ship them. Due to this, Processing & handling times may vary between 5 to 10 days depending on the time of year and our workload. We fulfill orders in the sequence they are received and assure you that we'll work diligently to ship your package as quickly as possible. You will be notified via email when your order has been shipped. We do not ship orders from Thursdays through Sundays. We only ship on Mondays, Tuesdays, And Wednesdays. Once your order is dispatched, we use express shipping services to ensure delivery within 1 to 3 business days. To maintain the quality of our products during transit, we pack them with ample ice packs and insulation, enabling them to remain fresh for up to 3 days. However, please note that once your package is handed over to the carrier, delivery timelines are beyond our control.

We take pride in our products and strive to deliver them in perfect condition. If your shipped order has issues due to damaged products or issues related to shipping, please follow these steps:
1. Take pictures of the packaging and damaged products as evidence.
2. Contact us within 24 hours of delivery, providing photos of the issue.
Failure to include photos could result in a denied refund or replacement. We will evaluate each claim on a case-by-case basis and do our best to resolve it to your satisfaction.

- Once a product has been shipped, it is out of our hands and entirely up to the shipping company to get it to its destination safely and on time. Unfortunately, there are sometimes unavoidable delays or damage that can occur during transit. If this happens and your products are damaged, we ask that you please take pictures of both the packaging and the damaged products. Then contact us within 24 hours of your delivery. This will help us to assess the situation and determine how best to proceed.
