At Deelightfully Gluten-Free, we use only the finest ingredients to ensure our cakes taste as good as they look. From classic chocolate to red velvet, we offer a variety of cake options to suit any occasion. Pricing varies depending on the size, flavor, and design of the cake.

Cake Categories and Pricing

01. Simple Cakes

Perfect for any occasion, our simple cakes feature no decorations, minimal piping, and the same frosting color for piping as the cake. These cakes are a delicious gluten-free treat without any fuss.

02. Standard Cakes – Limited Decorations

Our standard cakes include limited decorations with a maximum of two frosting colors. Fondant is not used on standard cakes. These cakes are visually appealing yet simple.

  • Price: $3.00 per serving

03. "WOW" Cakes

For cakes that make your guests say "WOW," we offer unlimited decoration options, colors, and designs. Let your imagination run wild, and we’ll bring your vision to life.

  • Price: $3.00 per serving

04. Tiered Cakes

We specialize in creating stunning tiered cakes for weddings, sweet sixteens, and other special occasions. These cakes are both beautiful and delicious.

  • Price: $4.00 per serving

05. Sculpted/Shaped Cakes – 2D or 3D

Celebrate any occasion with our unique sculpted cakes. Choose from 2D or 3D designs for a visually stunning centerpiece.

  • 2D Shape Cakes: Starting at $5.00 per serving (25-serving minimum, $125 minimum order)
  • 3D Shape Cakes: Starting at $10.00 per serving (30-serving minimum, $300 minimum order)

Specialty Diet Options

  • 6" to 10" Two-Layer Cake: +$25
  • 12" & 14" Two-Layer Cake or 1/4 & 1/2 Sheet Cake: +$30
  • 3/4 & Full Sheet Cake: +$35

Edible Decorations

  • Gum Paste Flowers: +$8.25 per flower
  • Fondant Sculptures:
    • +$6 per 3” sculpture
    • +$35 per medium sculpture (e.g., 6” person-shaped sculpture)
  • Modeling Chocolate Sculptures:
    • +$8 per 3” sculpture
    • +$40 per medium sculpture

Fondant-Covered Cakes

  • Adds $15 per two-layer cake (e.g., for a two-tier cake, fondant adds $30)

Non-Edible Decorations

  • Pricing varies depending on the size of the cake and the type of decorations desired.

Cake Delivery Charges

  • $0.75 per mile, calculated for a round trip from our bakery to your delivery location.
  • Additional charges may apply if the venue setup exceeds 20 minutes.

Acknowledgment of Final Price Differences

The prices listed above are starting prices and serve as a base for our creations. The final cost of your cake may vary depending on:

  • Design Complexity: Intricate designs require more time and materials.
  • Decorations: Specialty elements or edible decorations may incur additional charges.
  • Dietary Restrictions: Vegan, sugar-free, or other specialty cakes may have additional costs.

We will provide a fair estimate and discuss all costs with you before finalizing your order.

Order Time & Rush Order Fees

We prefer a minimum of seven days' notice for most cake orders. However, we understand that last-minute requests happen.

Rush Order Fees

  • Simple & Standard Cakes:
    • Minimum of 2 days' notice required (7 days preferred).
    • Orders with less than 2 days' notice will incur a 10% Rush Order Fee.
  • "WOW" Cakes:
    • Minimum of 1 week's notice required.
    • Orders with less than 7 days' notice will incur a 10% Rush Order Fee.
    • Orders with less than 4 days' notice will incur a 15-30% Rush Order Fee, depending on design complexity.
  • Tiered or Sculpted Cakes:
    • Minimum of 2 weeks' notice required.
    • Orders with less than 10 days' notice will incur a 15-25% Rush Order Fee.
    • Orders with less than 7 days' notice will incur a 25-35% Rush Order Fee.

For custom sculpted cakes, we require at least two weeks' notice to ensure your cake is everything you envision. Orders placed with less than one week's notice may be accepted on a case-by-case basis and will incur a 15-35% Rush Order Fee.
