Our Gluten-Free Journey

Our story is deeply personal. In 2000, both my daughter and I were diagnosed with Celiac Disease. Removing gluten from our diets made a significant difference in our quality of life, but finding suitable gluten-free options was a constant struggle.

Recognizing this gap in the market, I pursued my dream of becoming a baker and dedicated years to perfecting gluten-free recipes. In 2019, I opened Deelightfully Gluten-Free LLC, a licensed cottage food home bakery, and the response from our customers has been overwhelmingly positive.

Now, we’re on a mission to expand our reach and open a physical bakery, creating a space where everyone can enjoy delicious, gluten-free baked goods.
